Cedar Kwakiutl Raven Mask This large, hand-carved raven mask is by Eddie McDougall of the Kwakiutl tribe. Ed received his Indian name, Tlakwa'gila, during a ceremony honoring the launching of the Galuda, the canoe which attended the Gaatuwas festival in Bella Bella, B.C. Ed can trace his lineage back to Chief John Scow of the Kwicksutaineuk First Nation whose traditional territory is in the mainland inlets east of the northern tip of Vancouver Island.
